June 20, Beijing - Ringbio has released a canine rabies antibody ELISA kit to detect canine rabies-specific antibodies in canine serum and plasma samples. This kit is based on a double-antibody sandwich immunoassay to detect rabies virus/vaccine specific antibodies in order to check if the dog is infected with rabies or the antibody titer after vaccination.

This kit comprises a 96well microtiter plate precoated with rabies antigen, positive control, negative control, enzyme conjugate, sample buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and wash buffer. it is adequate for 96 tests. According to the kit instructions, this kit is stable for 12 months when stored at 2-8 degrees celsius.
