According to the R&D team, this new Multiplex Blood Antibody Titer Test System for Pet is based on one drop of blood - only 10ul, collected onto a dry spot system and then sending to the lab for ELISA analysis. The whole testing incorporates the Ringbio testing capacity of ELISA and sample preparation and will give the pet owner or vet clinic a test report within 24 hours. On the report, rabies, toxoplasma, CDV/CPV/CIHV, FHV/FPV/FCV related antibody titer will be presented. When necessary, the report can also show the blood type of cat.
Testing pet serum antibody titer is a way to measure the level of antibodies against a specific disease in your pet's blood. Antibodies are produced by your pet's immune system in response to exposure to a foreign substance, such as a virus or a bacterium.
