Ringbio has launched the iQuanti zearalenone quantitative rapid test kit. This product uses the principle of competitive lateral flow immunoassay to detect the content of zearalenone in grains and feeds.
As one of the iQuanti mycotoxin quantitative test kits, this kit also utilizes a universal sample preparation method to extract the mycotoxins. Just take 5.0 g of the sample into a centrifuge tube, and then extract with 10 mL of 70% methanol solution, centrifuge and take the supernatant liquid and further dilute with the sample buffer.
The prepared sample solution is then tested with the test strip in 8min, and the result is interpreted with NBReader Fast 2 system, which is fast, accurate, and reliable.
